2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days): This option is available for both local (Puerto Rico) and US shipments. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 for every purchase under $50.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping for orders over $50.
5. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
7. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
8. Shipping Insurance We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package gets lost or damaged while in transit, we offer shipping insurance up to $100. You must contact us in order to make a claim.
9. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Puerto Rico and the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Marinor & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
11. Delays and Issues We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
