Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds; a store credit may be provided instead upon claim evaluation.
- If an incorrect size was selected by the client, a claim must be filed within 7 days of receipt of the package to request a size exchange.
- Please note that the color of the image may appear different depending on the technology and resolution of the device you are using. All products are carefully inspected before shipment.
- If an exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid label for return shipping if the error was on our end. Otherwise, if the error was not on our side, the client will be responsible for shipping costs.
- If an exchange is approved, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sent. We do not accept used merchandise and receipt of purchase must be provided.
- We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses and/or lost packages. All postal services offer insurance for package protection at an additional cost.
- We do not accept cash sales.
- We do not meet at midpoints for deliveries. Pickup location is at Laguna Shopping Center, Carolina, PR
- Most of our merchandise is made of high quality metals such as stainless steel, titanium, 18K Gold plated and 925 sterling silver in order to ensure product quality and durability, however, every jewelry piece should follow a care process for long lasting color and shine.
