Shirley Marisha Vega
Born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico — with “green blood” proudly running through her veins — Shirley has always carried an entrepreneurial spirit. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico and has built a successful career managing operations for over a decade.
Driven by her love for leadership, creativity, and jewelry, Shirley turned her lifelong dream into Marinor & Co. A devoted mother, wife, and boss, she pours her heart into every part of the brand — selecting each piece with care and purpose.
