The Woman Behind MariNor
Shirley Marisha Vega – Founder of MariNor & Co
I’m Shirley, born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. I've being a fashion lover for life; big, bold pieces became my signature —not to seek attention, but to own my presence.
Today, I live in three powerful roles at once. I work full-time managing operations and streamlining processes within the private sector. I run MariNor & Co, the business I once only dreamed of, and I live my most meaningful full-time role of all: being a mom.
Being a boss lady isn’t easy. But it is possible — when you have the right tools, the right support, and most importantly, when you believe in yourself. But, somewhere between all that, I learned a powerful truth: My time is sacred. I no longer pour into commitments that don’t nourish my soul. I invest my energy in people, spaces, and projects that align with who I am becoming. This is my new version. Focused. Grounded. Unapologetic. I don’t ask for permission. I move with intention. I don’t dim my light. I lead with it.
